Rev. Myoko Laura Demuth was ordained by Shoken Winecoff, abbot of Ryumonji Zen Monastery, in March 2013 and received Dharma Transmission in May 2016. She serves as the officiating priest and co-director of the Decorah Zen Center. Myoko also teaches and practices regularly at Ryumonji.
