We encourage and support trust, respect, ethical conduct, communication, and education among the teachers and communities of Soto Zen Buddhist lineages and in the wider community.

Through teachings and practices of Wisdom and Compassion

we offer open hearts and giving hands.

Priests and lay practitioners work

to bring benefit to their families and communities.

We are also a Professional Association of Soto Zen Buddhist Priests

SZBA brings diverse Soto Zen lineages together

and offers training and resources for Soto Zen Priests in North America.
