Zen Center of Asheville is a Soto Zen Temple located in Asheville, North Carolina. We offer zazen instruction (sitting meditation), study groups, lectures, and we maintain a regular sitting schedule mornings and evenings (see inside). We are open to the public; anyone is welcome to participate. You do not have to have prior experience in meditation to join us for zazen.
