We have been meditating and studying the dharma together for fifteen years with our guiding teacher, Myogen Steve Stücky, Central Abbot of San Francisco Zen Center.

Our evenings have a blend of zazen meditation, service dedicated to well-being, informal tea and visiting, and a dharma talk with free-flowing discussion. Please join us whenever you like.

Our intention is to practice mindfulness and loving-kindness with our families, places of work, relationships and ourselves.

We are affiliated with the Suzuki Roshi lineage of Zen and a wide range of practice sanghas including Green Gulch Farm and San Francisco Zen Center. We offer meditation and the Dharma Buddha's way.
